Account Executive - Hot Opening!
Job Description Statement
These very knowledgeable professionals are responsible for turning qualified prospects into clients by demonstrating a strong fit between our products and the prospects’ needs. Account Executives initiate many of our client relationships, coordinating resources and communications throughout the sales process, and continuing to maintain strong contacts to ensure long term customer satisfaction.

The Account Executive is the single most important revenue producing position in the company.  New customer adds are the engine that drives consistent growth for our organization, and the  Account Executive is on the front line, creating strong relationships with prospects and demonstrating to them why InterDyn AKA is the business partner they will choose.  The position requires a deep knowledge of the CRM and ERP spaces, an excellent understanding of business processes, and a winning edge in competitive situations.  Our Account Executives show a history of success in achieving their sales quotas of software and services, with large and small deals and into companies that represent a wide array of sizes and industries.  InterDyn AKA’s growth is contingent upon our Account Executives’ success.     

Educational Background
·  Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree
·  University level degree program in one or more of the following: business, business management, economics, finance, accounting, computer science, systems design.

Sales Skills
·   Previous experience in a sales role for existing clients
·  3-5 years selling experience in the business application space
·  Extensive experience with a complex sales methodology
·  Deep knowledge of the ERP and CRM spaces

Performance Skills
·  Creates strong relationships with many different types of individuals
·  Possesses a healthy, competitive nature

A vital component to building our client base, these individuals follow up with and maintain ongoing contact with those companies that have expressed interest in our solutions. By continuing to demonstrate to these prospects our expertise and our willingness to improve their businesses with our products, our Inside Sales professionals help InterDyn AKA convert them into successful long term clients.

Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant - Hot Opening!
Microsoft Dynamics AX is a major component of our company’s growth, and we are expanding our team to include some of the most talented consultants in the industry.  

These consultants will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful AX implementation.  In addition to being certified for Trade and Logistics in Dynamics AX, these individuals must have a good knowledge of the AX financial series as well.  In addition, a person in this role must possess the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively.  Consultants work mostly at client sites and some of the time at our offices in midtown Manhattan.  The individuals we bring in to this position will help us to grow our Dynamics AX practice into one of the premier implementation teams in the Dynamics channel, and our company’s future success depends on accomplishing that goal.

Educational Background
·  Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree
·  University level degree program in one or more of the following: business, business management, economics, finance, accounting, computer science, systems design.

Technical Skills
·  Certified in Dynamics ERP applications
· Extensive knowledge of business processes
· Minimum 3-5 years implementing Dynamics AX or an equivalent ERP product
· Trained and experienced in relevant project management methodologies
· Business process re-engineering experience

ERP and CRM Consultants
ERP and CRM Application Consultants—These members of our team are deeply knowledgeable about the Dynamics GP, AX and CRM products we implement. Their tasks include analyzing clients’ business processes, configuring our products to their requirements, and deploying the solutions out to the many individuals at our client sites who will utilize them every day.
· Certified in Dynamics ERP or CRM applications
· Extensive knowledge of business processes
· Minimum 3-5 years implementing Dynamics AX, GP, CRM   or an equivalent ERP or CRM product
· Trained and experienced in relevant project management
· Business process re-engineering experience

Our organization hires some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in our field. However, we have an excellent training and mentoring program and are interested in meeting individuals with less experience but who possess technical, accounting, or sales backgrounds and desire to enter into this exciting and growing field.
